Return & Refund Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you don't like what you ordered, you can ask to return it if:

Eligibility for Returns:

• You have 14 days from the time you get your order to ask for a return.

• The product must be in its original packaging and not have been used or opened.

• You need proof of purchase, like a receipt or order confirmation.

Return Process:

• To return an item, please call or email our customer service at Phone 201 800-4066 and provide them your order number and the reason for the return.

• Once your request is approved, you will get instructions on how to send the item back.

• The customer has to pay for the return shipping unless the item is broken or wrong.

Refunds:

• We will process refunds within 5 to 7 business days of getting back the item and checking it out.

• The original payment method will get the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a free replacement or full refund. Shipping Methods and Costs When you check out, you'll be asked to pick a way to ship your items. The cost of shipping depends on what you order and how you want it shipped. Your total shipping costs will be calculated for you at checkout, before you finish your transaction.

If you're shipping within the US, you can opt to upgrade your delivery method to get your shipment there sooner (Standard, Expedited or Overnight). You have until 4:00 p.m. to adjust how you send your order. EST and have your payment card approved. If you don't, your order may not be processed until the next business day. In the United States, business days are Monday through Friday, save for holidays that are observed.
